All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. CadenzaStay does not store your payment information on our servers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.
For urgent maintenance issues affecting payment processing, we work directly with Stripe to ensure minimal impact on your billing operations.
CadenzaStay's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
For payment processing issues, Stripe's terms and liability limitations apply to transactions processed through their platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
